Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 within the Continental U.S.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed by the close of business on Monday.

We ship to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. To ensure timely delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

Please note that orders outside the Continental U.S. are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order total. International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout once your address is entered.

Standard Shipping

All standard orders are shipped via USPS and include $100 insurance coverage. Typical delivery times range from 2–6 business days; however, transit times may vary depending on the destination.

Expedited Shipping

Yes. For select items and delivery areas, we offer Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) via UPS or FedEx for orders placed before 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday. The cost for expedited shipping is $12.95.

We also offer Overnight Shipping at a rate of $29.95.

Please note: During peak periods, some premium or express delivery services may be temporarily unavailable.

Uber Package – Same Day Delivery

We proudly offer Same Day Delivery through Uber Package for New York residents.

Orders must be placed during regular business hours, with extended fulfillment available until 8:30 PM for same-day delivery. This service is available in select areas within 20 miles of Great Neck, NY 11021.

At checkout, simply select Uber Delivery to have your order delivered right to your door the very same day.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain products are classified as hazardous materials and are subject to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Aerosols
  • Alcohol-based products
  • Pressurized spray cans
  • Hairsprays
  • Nail polish removers
  • Fragrances

Due to air transport restrictions, these items must be shipped by ground-only transport.

All orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping within the Continental U.S. only.
Such orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be applied to any refused or undeliverable shipments. This fee will be charged to the original payment method used at checkout and deducted from any applicable refund or store credit.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order directly through our site or the carrier’s website.
