Returns & Exchanges

At NAVA BEAUTY STORE, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to love every purchase—and if for any reason you don’t, our return process is designed to be simple, fair, and convenient.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, or gently used, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic and skincare products may only be returned within 30 days of receipt for store credit or refund (see below).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or account record) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return & Refund Options

  • Full Refunds (Within 30 Days)
    Return new or gently used products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit (31–60 Days)
    Returns made between 31–60 days after receiving your order will be refunded as a NAVA gift card or store credit.
  • After 60 Days
    Returns made 61 days or later after receiving your order will not be accepted.
  • Free Returns
    Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Returns are free and designed for your convenience.

All complimentary samples included with your order are yours to keep, regardless of any return.

In-Store Exchanges

You may exchange products in-store during business hours, free of charge.
Please note: Exchanges can only be completed in-store and cannot be processed by mail.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply log in to your NAVA account, locate your recent purchase, and select the “Return” option to begin.

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue your refund or store credit and notify you by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 business days after processing.
If it has been more than 10 business days since your confirmation email and your refund hasn’t appeared, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
